Meet Hannah N.! Carone Learning Student of the Week!

Let us introduce you to our student of the week, Hannah N.!  Hannah needed to take an online class and liked the idea of improving her first aid skills. She signed up to take First Aid & Safety. She is very happy with the increase of knowledge and skills that she has learned from this course.

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?

What I liked most about the course is how my instructor (Jessica Shumway) helped me and answered questions whenever I needed her.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life?

I have learned how to perform First Aid care.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness?

I have improved my level of comprehension in first aid. I have also improved my first aid care skills.

How has your cFitness Academy instructor helped you with your course or your goals?

My instructor helped me by answering any questions or concerns I had. And responded very quickly.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial?

I took this class, because I needed a class to take and I liked the idea of first aid and I am glad that I chose to take this course. Taking this course was beneficial to me by helping me learn first aid care and skills.

In Hannah’s First Aid class there is an opportunity to discuss how health is your own responsibility and give examples of the healthy habits she has to prevent illness and remain healthy:

Your health is ultimately your responsibility. What are three habits you have that help you prevent illness and keep yourself healthy?

“The three habits that I have are, I go to the gym and workout, I am losing weight, and I am eating healthier. Working out at the gym is the best stress reliever for me. I feel better when I eat healthier and lose weight. The more weight I lose the better I feel. Losing weight comes easy to some people, but we are all human and we mess up sometimes. For example, when I get stressed over a class at school, all I do is worrying about the class and eat junk food.  But, I am trying to push myself more to get back to eating better, exercising, and losing more weight. ”

Just as all of our students are unique, we think Hannah is pretty great and we’re proud to have her in class! Thanks, Hannah!
