Carone Learning courses can be completed without additional equipment.
Students in high school physical education courses are required to complete weekly workouts consisting of cardio, strength training, and stretching. Students may use whatever equipment they have on hand. The Exercise Library, accessible through the course, demonstrates exercises that include equipment, such as an exercise band or weights, as well as options that require no equipment at all.
While it is not required, it may be helpful for students to have additional equipment options such as:
- A heart rate monitor
- A set of dumbbells
- A Spri resistance band
- A yoga mat
