Carone Learning is an online course provider for grades K-12. We are currently seeking one or two self-motivated individuals to provide registrar, customer support, and website management services.
Registrar & Customer Service
Looking for an individual with good customer service and communication skills. Must be proficient with general email, online technologies, and Microsoft Office programs (or similar). Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Editing skills for additional projects are a plus, but not required. This is a work-from-home position that would be approximately 5 to 15 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but it does require a minimum of twice-daily check-ins.
- Respond to customer inquiries from parents, students, and schools via email and phone
- Process course registrations
- Track customer payments
- Student and teacher Reporting
- Task management
- Communicate with schools, students, teachers, and director in a timely manner
- Additional projects as needed
Website Management & Support
Looking for an individual that is proficient in basic HTML, Dreamweaver (or similar), and website management. Must be familiar with general email, online technologies, Microsoft Office programs, and GoogleDocs. Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This is a work-from-home position that would be approximately 5 to 15 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but it does require a minimum of twice-daily check-ins.
- Maintain website (WordPress) and course content (HTML5)
- Manage support portal and error reports
- Update course content and errors as needed
- Build new courses in HTML5 using provided content
- Back up server
- Communicate with appropriate parties including customers, teachers, and director
