Meet C’Drianna M. – Carone Learning Student of the Week!

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?
I have enjoyed being able to complete workouts and assignments at my own pace. Along with the ability to easily communicate with my instructor if needed. Moreover, I enjoyed looking back on what I have completed throughout my workouts and I feel a sense of accomplishment as I go throughout my weeks. It’s incredible to look back a realize how much I have done in benefit of my health.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life?
I have learned that possessing a positive mindset influences one to become very motivated. Motivation is one of the key factors to complete tasks. I now understand that I need to seek fun activities and rewards to motivate myself to keep going in life. Whether that is in a workout or just daily decisions.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness?
Before Carone Learning I found myself dreading working with weights or even running. I always enjoyed dancing though! Dancing has always possessed a safe spot in my heart. Due to dance I was already flexible and had a good metabolism. Although Carone Learning has influenced me to focus on making sure all of my muscle groups are growing and being worked! Now I’m finding myself to do actions with more power and lift objects with more ease.

How has your cFitness Academy instructor helped you with your course or your goals?
Mrs. Richards has helped me a lot throughout this fitness course through constant updates! She checks in on her students weekly and individually, while making sure the parents are involved as well. Secondly, she has made me feel seen by acknowledging my accomplishments. Her emails to me demonstrate how much she cares about my fitness journey and if I obtained a lower grade on a quiz than usual. She is available and answers all of my questions. I felt like I had a companion throughout this whole experience, although I never met her in person, I feel a positive connection with her.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for this course so that I can have an extra open class period. I am involved with many things arts. I also take business classes which doesn’t leave much room in my schedule. It was either that I take fitness as
a physical class or online so that I could possess a study hall. I took a couple of honors and AP courses which emphasized the importance of possessing a Study Hall. Carone learning has very much helped me become balanced in both school and health.

What did their teacher have to say about them? C’Drianna continually provides excellent work and truly puts her honest thoughts and experiences into her responses in the assignments and discussions. I feel she has chosen to take what she’s learning in this course to heart and apply it to her everyday life. I have enjoyed hearing of her success with achieving her fitness and health goals throughout the semester and am excited for her to see the progress with her physical and mental improvements as well.
