What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?
I like that this course is divided the way it is, making it very simple and easy to know what to complete, and do that. I like that each section has an in-depth quiz to make sure you know what you learned. I also like that it is ensured that you can apply what you learned, instead of the course just spouting information at you.
What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life? I learned that it is important to work every muscle of the body, not just the big ones. Also, it’s important to work opposing muscles, instead of just one muscle in a pair.
Has your course helped you improve your health?
When I started this course, I was very inactive and about average strength for my age and gender. I also struggled with something similar to asthma when running or exerting myself. This course has helped me grow stronger, but more importantly to me, has helped me increase my stamina, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
Please share any other thoughts about your Carone Learning course
I really like Carone Learning because the platform/user interface is really easy to use and understand. The calendar makes it clear what needs to happen, and assignments can be done out of order. For example, the assignment comes before a quiz about the content in the calendar, but I prefer to take a quiz right after learning the content, then do the assignment. CL does not prevent me from jumping around. Also, both courses I have taken through CL have had great instructors.
