Meet C’Drianna M. – Carone Learning Student of the Week!

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?
I have enjoyed being able to complete workouts and assignments at my own pace. Along with the ability to easily communicate with my instructor if needed. Moreover, I enjoyed looking back on what I have completed throughout my workouts and I feel a sense of accomplishment as I go throughout my weeks. It’s incredible to look back a realize how much I have done in benefit of my health.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life?
I have learned that possessing a positive mindset influences one to become very motivated. Motivation is one of the key factors to complete tasks. I now understand that I need to seek fun activities and rewards to motivate myself to keep going in life. Whether that is in a workout or just daily decisions.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness?
Before Carone Learning I found myself dreading working with weights or even running. I always enjoyed dancing though! Dancing has always possessed a safe spot in my heart. Due to dance I was already flexible and had a good metabolism. Although Carone Learning has influenced me to focus on making sure all of my muscle groups are growing and being worked! Now I’m finding myself to do actions with more power and lift objects with more ease.

How has your cFitness Academy instructor helped you with your course or your goals?
Mrs. Richards has helped me a lot throughout this fitness course through constant updates! She checks in on her students weekly and individually, while making sure the parents are involved as well. Secondly, she has made me feel seen by acknowledging my accomplishments. Her emails to me demonstrate how much she cares about my fitness journey and if I obtained a lower grade on a quiz than usual. She is available and answers all of my questions. I felt like I had a companion throughout this whole experience, although I never met her in person, I feel a positive connection with her.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for this course so that I can have an extra open class period. I am involved with many things arts. I also take business classes which doesn’t leave much room in my schedule. It was either that I take fitness as
a physical class or online so that I could possess a study hall. I took a couple of honors and AP courses which emphasized the importance of possessing a Study Hall. Carone learning has very much helped me become balanced in both school and health.

What did their teacher have to say about them? C’Drianna continually provides excellent work and truly puts her honest thoughts and experiences into her responses in the assignments and discussions. I feel she has chosen to take what she’s learning in this course to heart and apply it to her everyday life. I have enjoyed hearing of her success with achieving her fitness and health goals throughout the semester and am excited for her to see the progress with her physical and mental improvements as well.

What I like most about my Carone Learning Fitness Fundamentals course is the interactive lessons and practical activities. They make learning about fitness fun and engaging. I also appreciate the flexibility to work at my own pace and schedule. Additionally, I enjoy gaining valuable health knowledge
and using tools to track my progress and see my improvements.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life?
In my Carone Learning Fitness Fundamentals course, I learned how important it is to exercise regularly and eat healthy. This will help me stay healthy and have more energy. I also learned how to set fitness goals and track my progress, which will help me stay motivated and reach my health goals.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness?
My Carone Learning course has helped me get healthier and fitter by teaching me how to exercise and eat better. I learned why staying active and eating healthy is important. I also know how to set fitness goals and track my progress, which helps me stay motivated.

My Fitness Academy instructor has helped me by giving me useful materials for the course. She provides feedback on my assignments and encourages me to stay focused on my goals. Her support helps me understand the material better and stay motivated.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for the cFitness Academy course to learn more about fitness and staying healthy. Taking it online has been great because I can learn when it’s best for me. It’s flexible and fits with my schedule. The course has fun activities and tools that make learning about fitness interesting and easy to understand.

What else did you want to share about your experience with Carone Learning? I’m enjoying my Carone Learning course with cFitness Academy. The course materials are helpful, and I like how I can learn at my own pace. The interactive activities make it fun to learn about fitness and health. Overall, it’s been a great way for me to improve my knowledge and stay active.

What did their teacher have to say about them? Reyhan has worked hard from the day she started this course. She’s been willing to ask questions and make edits or changes when recommended. She is great at setting realistic goals each week and strives to do her best in all she does. Reyhan provides thoughtful and thorough responses to all of her assignments and tries to internalize and use the helpful pieces of information she is learning in the course. I enjoy having her in my class!

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?
I like that there are many different lessons and topics of fitness that students can learn and apply to their daily lives.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life?
I have learned that cardio, strength, and flexibility are all important parts of fitness and one should not be excluded

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness?
Carone Learning has helped me make a steady exercise schedule and gave me motivation for exercise.

How has your cFitness Academy instructor helped you with your course or your goals?
My academic instructor gave me helpful feedback to improve and provided assistance with any questions I had.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for this course because I needed my PE credits. This course has been beneficial as it gave me the PE credits and improved my fitness level.

What did their teacher have to say about them? Audrey has consistently been a hard and diligent worker. She chooses to be an effective communicator and let me know when she has suggestions, needs help or even the occasional break, which I appreciate. Her first week or two of workouts were well put together, but I was impressed that she was willing to take a few suggestions from the teacher to make improvements and adjustments to her routine. She has been working hard each week to make sure all the requirements are met and she is able to achieve her personal goals as well. Audrey is thorough and insightful in her responses on all of her assignments and it’s been a lot of fun reading and discussing her thoughts on the topics brought up in the course.

I enjoy the fact that it pushes me past my comfort zone and helps me do
things that would have been hard for me at one point.

I have gotten stronger and more healthy over thee strength training course
by working out consistently.

By pushing me to work on the things that are hard for me or that I am not

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for this class just to get one of my last credits for high school. It
has helped hold me accountable for working out.

What did their teacher have to say about them? Kayden has been great with handling several courses at once. I appreciate the work he turns in. It’s thoughtful and well done.
I appreciate that he is willing to continually work on his physical fitness, but his mental health as well.

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?
I like the content the courses I’m taking offer. It focuses on subjects I’m interested in. Also, I like the way it is organized. it is very easy to navigate the course and know where I’m supposed to be.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life? My long term goals are focused on getting into physical therapy and being a healthy athlete. I think all of what I have learned in the courses I’m taking will help me in my life.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness? The courses I’m taking have helped me know how to actively support my health, and given me specific tools to help me with my future. I know what I should be eating, and fueling my body in the right way to be the best athlete I can be.

My cfitness Academy instructor has helped me by giving me positive and timely feedback. If I need help, she is there. Also, she has been flexible when I needed it.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for a cfitness course because it offered the subjects I am interested in, and courses that weren’t offered at my school. It has been beneficial by helping me explore my interests.

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course? I liked how easy it was to follow. I also enjoyed the assignments because they were interesting and entertaining.ve how easy it is to access, and how helpful and available my teacher is.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life? I learned many safety tips and strength training principles that have helped me reach my goals.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness? It has helped me put on more muscle and have a better overall understanding of living a healthy lifestyle.

I signed up for this course because I needed the credit for my high school and I decided to look online and choose something I would be interested in. This online course has been beneficial because it provided me the credit I needed and taught me valuable lessons along the way.

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course? I love how easy it is to access, and how helpful and available my teacher is.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life? All of what I’ve learned will be helpful, but I think that knowing how fuel my body the best way possible will help me all throughout my life.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness? It has helped me make some better eating decisions, and become aware of how much I snack.

How has your cFitness Academy instructor helped you with your course or your goals?
Anytime I needed advice for what to post on an assignment or had any trouble with the site, all I had to do was shoot an Email and Ms. Wheelwright would respond very quickly to help me out.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I was signed up for the course because I’m homeschooled and online courses like this are very helpful for my education. The course being online makes it so much easier to do my work because I can work anytime and anywhere, which I enjoy very much.

What do you like most about your Carone Learning course? I really like how it encourages me to improve and grow. It gives me a chance to learn and apply what I’ve learned.

What have you learned in your Carone Learning course that will most help you in your life? I’ve learned how important it is to take care of myself and pay attention to my wellness. Sometimes it’s easy to push my needs to the side, but I’ve found that if I continue to do that it not only affects myself, but the relationships around me.

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness? It has helped me improve my communication skills and how I approach people around me.

My instructor has been absolutely fantastic! She answers me quickly when I have questions and she’s very kind.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I needed this credit for my middle school and it keeps me on track with my fitness.

Here’s what Dante’s teacher had to say about him:
I have had the pleasure of instructing Dante in several courses over the last year or two. In that time he’s continually submitted good work and made the effort to improve. However, I’m most impressed with his fitness journey as it’s gone through a couple transformations until he seems to have found a routine that he enjoys and offers a great variety of exercises to keep him active–basketball is his favorite! Early on it was sometimes difficult for him to meet the requirements or get enough days in each week because he wasn’t particularly thrilled with the exercises he was doing. Now he exercises most day of the week, oftentimes including his family and friends as well. While he has found a solid routine that he likes I find that he still tries to make time to try new things from time to time, like yoga (not his favorite). It’s been fun watching Dante work on his workout routines over the last year or more as well as the progress he’s made with his fitness goals in that time.
