Allison has worked very hard this term, and has consistently submitted quality work. She is continually setting new weekly fitness goals and truly making an effort to work on them. She put her mind to creating a routine and schedule that works well for her and that keeps her accountable, overcoming the struggle to find motivation sometimes. She’s made amazing progress over the semester and hopefully will continue with her routines after the course has ended!
Tell us something about you!
I would like to pursue a career in healthcare. Specifically a career in cardiothoracic surgery, performing surgery on all organs and systems in the thoracic cavity. Sometimes when I am bored I will suture cuts on a silicone pad that I received for my birthday.
How will this course help you improve your fitness level? This course has helped me improve my fitness level immensely. I was guided about proper form, warm up and cool downs, as well as listening to my body more intuitively. I have found myself being more motivated to workout even outside of online class, as well as enjoying workouts more.
