What do you like most about your Carone Learning course?
I like that there are many different lessons and topics of fitness that students can learn and apply to their daily lives.

I have learned that cardio, strength, and flexibility are all important parts of fitness and one should not be excluded

How has your Carone Learning course helped you improve your level of health or fitness?
Carone Learning has helped me make a steady exercise schedule and gave me motivation for exercise.

How has your cFitness Academy instructor helped you with your course or your goals?
My academic instructor gave me helpful feedback to improve and provided assistance with any questions I had.

Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I signed up for this course because I needed my PE credits. This course has been beneficial as it gave me the PE credits and improved my fitness level.

What did their teacher have to say about them? Audrey has consistently been a hard and diligent worker. She chooses to be an effective communicator and let me know when she has suggestions, needs help or even the occasional break, which I appreciate. Her first week or two of workouts were well put together, but I was impressed that she was willing to take a few suggestions from the teacher to make improvements and adjustments to her routine. She has been working hard each week to make sure all the requirements are met and she is able to achieve her personal goals as well. Audrey is thorough and insightful in her responses on all of her assignments and it’s been a lot of fun reading and discussing her thoughts on the topics brought up in the course.
