Laura goes above and beyond with her coursework, both in being thorough and also bringing in personal experience into them. I believe she truly enjoys learning about health and fitness, and then she puts what she learns into practice for herself, but also shares what she’s learned with others. I’m really proud of what she’s been able to accomplish this semester.
Tell us something about you!
I was homeschooled for six years but decided to return to full-time school for my high school years. After high school, I want to go to college to become a physician’s assistant. My hobbies include spending time with my friends and family, playing tennis, going to the gym, listening to music, reading, painting, playing with my cats, and photography. I also strive for perfection in everything I do.
How has this course helped you improve your fitness level? This course has helped me improve my fitness level in many ways. It has motivated me to stick to a weekly schedule that I created during my course, allowing me to increase my overall physical fitness and see results of my hard work. It has also taught me correct and safe ways to strengthen my body and the correct workouts I should be doing.
