Why did you sign up for a course through cFitness Academy, and how has taking this course online been beneficial? I needed this credit for my middle school and it keeps me on track with my fitness.

I have had the pleasure of instructing Dante in several courses over the last year or two. In that time he’s continually submitted good work and made the effort to improve. However, I’m most impressed with his fitness journey as it’s gone through a couple transformations until he seems to have found a routine that he enjoys and offers a great variety of exercises to keep him active–basketball is his favorite! Early on it was sometimes difficult for him to meet the requirements or get enough days in each week because he wasn’t particularly thrilled with the exercises he was doing. Now he exercises most day of the week, oftentimes including his family and friends as well. While he has found a solid routine that he likes I find that he still tries to make time to try new things from time to time, like yoga (not his favorite). It’s been fun watching Dante work on his workout routines over the last year or more as well as the progress he’s made with his fitness goals in that time.
