Try this yummy fall recipe as a post-workout meal or a healthy treat:
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups milk or almond milk
- ½ cup canned pureed pumpkin
- 1 Banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 5-7 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth. 2 servings.
